Ta od roku 2030 pl\u00e1nuje v Plzni produkovat a\u017e 1,4 milionu vnit\u0159n\u00edch a venkovn\u00edch jednotek ro\u010dn\u011b pro \u010cR a celou Evropu. Kl\u00ed\u010dem pro spln\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch ambic\u00ed je \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed i automatizace, do kter\u00fdch sm\u011b\u0159ovaly 4 miliardy korun \u2013 tedy polovina investovan\u00fdch financ\u00ed. Bl\u00edzkou budoucnost\u00ed je \u201epaperless\u201c provoz a prediktivn\u00ed i reaktivn\u00ed servis stroj\u016f za pomoci AI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Investice spole\u010dnosti Panasonic do v\u00fdrobn\u00edho komplexu v&nbsp;Plzni je s\u00e1zkou na budoucnost evropsk\u00e9ho rozvoje segmentu obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak na pl\u00e1novan\u00fd rychl\u00fd p\u0159echod star\u00e9ho kontinentu od fosiln\u00edch paliv k elektrifikaci a tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadl\u016fm. V roce 2024 byla velikost evropsk\u00e9ho trhu s tepeln\u00fdmi \u010derpadly odhadov\u00e1na na 306 miliard korun a do roku 2034 by m\u011bl dos\u00e1hnout t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1,8 bilionu korun (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gminsights.com\/industry-analysis\/europe-heat-pump-market\">Global Market Insights<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Od TV k&nbsp;tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadl\u016fm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panasonic ale p\u016fvodn\u011b nevstupoval do \u010cR jako v\u00fdrobce tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel. V roce 1997 se stal \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00edm investorem v tehdy nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b Borsk\u00e1 pole a za\u010dal v Plzni vyr\u00e1b\u011bt televizory. Produkce tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel typu vzduch \u2013 voda p\u0159i\u0161la a\u017e v roce 2018 a od roku 2022 se na n\u011b z\u00e1vod specializuje. D\u00edky nov\u011b otev\u0159en\u00e9mu are\u00e1lu dnes disponuje japonsk\u00e1 zna\u010dka na z\u00e1pad\u011b \u010cech v\u00fdrobn\u00ed plochou 140 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> (pro lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu \u2013 jde o ekvivalent t\u0159\u00ed V\u00e1clavsk\u00fdch n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed vedle sebe). Na t\u00e9to ob\u0159\u00ed plo\u0161e pl\u00e1nuje Panasonic od roku 2030 ro\u010dn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a\u017e 1,4 milionu vnit\u0159n\u00edch a venkovn\u00edch jednotek tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel. Tato \u010derpadla \u2013 ve v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edm rozp\u011bt\u00ed 3\u201330 kW \u2013 budou sm\u011b\u0159ovat na \u010desk\u00fd trh i do v\u0161ech kout\u016f Evropy.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159echod od v\u00fdroby televizor\u016f k tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadl\u016fm nebyl \u00fapln\u011b snadn\u00fd. Implementovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 procesy jako automatizovan\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f nebo p\u0159\u00edjem materi\u00e1lu bylo jednoduch\u00e9, proto\u017ee nebylo nutn\u00e9 nic m\u011bnit. Jin\u00e9 postupy u\u017e byly slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161roubov\u00e1n\u00ed komponent\u016f \u010di jejich testov\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u010derpadla maj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed tvarovou p\u0159esnost ne\u017e televize,\u201c<\/em> prozrazuje <strong>Radek Vach, \u0159editel pro strategii plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu Panasonic<\/strong>. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvu p\u0159edstavovaly nov\u00e9 procesy jako lisov\u00e1n\u00ed plech\u016f s roboty o nosnosti bezm\u00e1la 200 kg, oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed kondenz\u00e9r\u016f s precizn\u00edm pozicov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00ed laserov\u00e9 sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dky. <em>\u201eNap\u0159\u00edklad laserov\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1m radik\u00e1ln\u011b zrychlilo v\u00fdrobu a zlep\u0161ilo kvalitu spoj\u016f,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Vach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatizace a sob\u011bsta\u010dnost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1vod\u011b funguje 80 robot\u016f, z nich\u017e 65 poch\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;TV v\u00fdroby. N\u011bkter\u00e9 stroje byly implementov\u00e1ny do v\u00fdroby p\u0159\u00edmo, jin\u00e9 se upravily pro nov\u00e9 \u00fakoly, jako je p\u0159eprava t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f nebo nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bt\u00ed do integrovan\u00fdch obvod\u016f. Automatizace v plze\u0148sk\u00e9m are\u00e1lu zahrnuje i autonomn\u00ed mobiln\u00ed roboty pro p\u0159epravu materi\u00e1lu a hotov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f s c\u00edlem pln\u011b automatizovat v\u00fdrobu komponent\u016f. \u00dadr\u017ebu m\u00e1 na starosti t\u00fdm p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 kvalifikovan\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na v\u00fdvoji za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, aby byla \u00fadr\u017eba jednoduch\u00e1. \u201e<em>U v\u0161ech intern\u011b vyv\u00edjen\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed db\u00e1me od za\u010d\u00e1tku na po\u017eadavky servisu. Podle dat agentury CzechInvest se d\u00edky financov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho R&amp;D centra souhrnn\u00e9 japonsk\u00e9 investice do v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje v&nbsp;\u010cR zvedly o v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etinu,\u201c <\/em>prozrazuje Vach. Do n\u011bkolika let bude centrum zaji\u0161\u0165ovat v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel typu vzduch \u2013 voda pro celou Evropu. <em>\u201eSpojen\u00ed v\u00fdvoje a v\u00fdroby je pro n\u00e1s kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Spolupracujeme s&nbsp;partnery, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad V\u0160B \u2013 Technick\u00e1 univerzita Ostrava, kter\u00e1 navrhla jednu z&nbsp;na\u0161ich v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00ed. \u0160irok\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce prob\u00edh\u00e1 i se Z\u00e1pado\u010deskou univerzitou, a to nap\u0159\u00edklad na designu a v\u00fdvoji lisovac\u00edch forem,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Vach.<\/p>\n<p>Centrum bude m\u00edt testovac\u00ed a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 laborato\u0159e pro zkou\u0161ky \u010derpadel v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch v\u010detn\u011b teplot, tlaku a hlu\u010dnosti. Japonsk\u00e1 zna\u010dka m\u00e1 v pl\u00e1nu nab\u00edrat des\u00edtky in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed budou z Plzn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit v\u00fdvoj pro cel\u00fd kontinent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroba (v\u011bt\u0161iny) d\u00edl\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Panasonic si v Plzni vyr\u00e1b\u00ed 70 % komponent\u016f nutn\u00fdch k&nbsp;produkci tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla, a to v\u010detn\u011b plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f, co\u017e je v oboru HVAC nezvykl\u00e9<em>. \u201eVlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroba n\u00e1m p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed kontrolu nad kvalitou, rychlost p\u0159i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00fdch model\u016f a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Nap\u0159\u00edklad in-house v\u00fdroba plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f umo\u017e\u0148uje stoprocentn\u00ed dohled nad procesem a flexibilitu p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u00e1ch designu,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Vach.<\/p>\n<p>Co si z\u00e1vod nen\u00ed schopen s\u00e1m vyrobit, logicky outsourcuje. Proto pracujeme na zaveden\u00ed automatick\u00fdch alert\u016f upozor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch na potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed budouc\u00ed poruchy, automatick\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby podle stavu stroj\u016f \u010di jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed nebo urychlen\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vady pomoc\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;AI, kter\u00e1 bude vych\u00e1zet z historie \u00fadr\u017eby a intern\u00edch dokument\u016f.
