Evropsk\u00e1 unie proto podnik\u00e1 r\u00e1zn\u00e9 kroky, je\u017e si kladou za c\u00edl tato \u010d\u00edsla sn\u00ed\u017eit. Ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tohoto procesu je i nov\u00e1 legislativa spjat\u00e1 s omezov\u00e1n\u00edm F-plyn\u016f i zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed mandatorn\u00edho ESG reportov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jak se tyto procesy dotknou trhu vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed v&nbsp;\u010cR i Evrop\u011b? A jak budou reagovat \u010di reaguj\u00ed velc\u00ed v\u00fdrobci v&nbsp;oboru typu Panasonic? T\u011bmito t\u00e9maty se zab\u00fdvali z\u00e1stupci japonsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti na setk\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;m\u00e9dii, kter\u00e9 se uskute\u010dnilo u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti otev\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9ho \u0161kolic\u00edho centra zna\u010dky Panasonic na pra\u017esk\u00e9m Chodov\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V \u00fanoru leto\u0161n\u00edho roku byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024\/573 o fluorovan\u00fdch sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynech a (EU) 2024\/590 o l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed oz\u00f3novou vrstvu.&nbsp; Prvn\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se tedy t\u00fdk\u00e1 tzv. F-plyn\u016f a druh\u00e9 tzv. regulovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Tato na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed tak maj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u00fd dopad zejm\u00e9na na segment HVAC, kdy v\u00fdrobci budou muset p\u0159ej\u00edt na p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed chladiva s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm GWP, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad R290.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To v\u0161ak nejsou jedin\u00e1 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 obor vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed ovlivn\u00ed. V kv\u011btnu 2024 byla v r\u00e1mci klimatick\u00e9ho bal\u00ed\u010dku \u201eFit for 55\u201c institucemi EU ofici\u00e1ln\u011b zve\u0159ejn\u011bna posledn\u00ed revize sm\u011brnice o energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov (EPBD), kter\u00e1 stanovuje c\u00edle pro dekarbonizaci existuj\u00edc\u00edch i nov\u00fdch budov do roku 2050. Sou\u010dasn\u011b EU od roku 2024 zav\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00edce po\u017eadavk\u016f na pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1v o udr\u017eitelnosti pro podniky prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sm\u011brnice (EU) 2022\/2464 o pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1v o udr\u017eitelnosti podnik\u016f. V t\u011bchto oblastech se HVAC t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sekce ESG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201eRegistrujeme v&nbsp;Evrop\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed legislativn\u00ed tlak na udr\u017eitelnost syst\u00e9m\u016f a chladiv. Ale v&nbsp;dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm horizontu i na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity, proto\u017ee a\u010d popt\u00e1vka aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nen\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, v\u0161e nasv\u011bd\u010duje tomu, \u017ee v budoucnu poroste. A na tento moment mus\u00edme b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraveni. Proto mimo jin\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme portfolio produkt\u016f s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm chladivem R290, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 jedno z&nbsp;nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch GWP na trhu,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Tam\u00e1s Koz\u00e1k, obchodn\u00ed \u0159editel pro st\u0159edn\u00ed a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropu spole\u010dnosti Panasonic<\/strong>, a pokra\u010duje: \u201e<em>D\u00e1le db\u00e1me na \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu v\u00fdkonu na\u0161ich produkt\u016f i na skv\u011blou logistiku. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ta je toti\u017e p\u0159edpokladem pro rychlost dod\u00e1vek i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenovou konkurenceschopnost. Z&nbsp;toho d\u016fvodu roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme na\u0161e v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity v&nbsp;Evrop\u011b. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak v&nbsp;Plzni, a tak\u00e9 jsme roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili na\u0161e portfolio o produkty divize chlazen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Systemair, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vody v&nbsp;It\u00e1lii a Francii. V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu n\u00e1m rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159inesou strategick\u00e1 partnerstv\u00ed se spole\u010dnostmi Innova a Tado. S&nbsp;prvn\u00ed budeme spolupracovat na v\u00fdvoji nov\u00e9ho designu na\u0161ich jednotek, a regula\u010dn\u00ed prvky i software od spole\u010dnosti Tado je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00faspory, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed na\u0161e tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla typu vzduch-voda.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ESG urychluje spoleh na AI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na ESG je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159it, proto\u017ee jeho dopad na obor HVAC bude jen vzr\u016fstat. ESG p\u0159edstavuje t\u0159i faktory vlivu podniku na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (Environmental), soci\u00e1ln\u00ed oblast (Social) a na spr\u00e1vu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed podniku (Governance). Na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b se posuzuje, jak odpov\u011bdn\u011b a udr\u017eiteln\u011b se firma chov\u00e1. V podstat\u011b to m\u016f\u017eeme pova\u017eovat za formu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho kreditn\u00edho sk\u00f3re podniku. <em>\u201eVe spole\u010dnosti Panasonic se v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b st\u00e1le v\u00edce setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi po\u017eadavky z oblasti ESG, a to zejm\u00e9na v segmentu ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek,\u201c<\/em> prozrazuje <strong>Radek Vanduch, hlavn\u00ed technik Panasonic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010c\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bji se vy\u017eaduje ur\u010dit\u00e1 forma ESG certifikace \u010di d\u016fkazu o spole\u010densk\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti poskytovatel\u016f slu\u017eeb. Nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ESG, respektive negativn\u00ed ukazatele mohou toti\u017e zkomplikovat situaci nejen samotn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 je dostate\u010dn\u011b nedodr\u017euje, ale t\u00e9\u017e ostatn\u00edm organizac\u00edm, s nimi\u017e jsou v obchodn\u00edm styku. <em>\u201eESG reporty sleduj\u00ed investo\u0159i, regul\u00e1to\u0159i, banky a finan\u010dn\u00ed instituce nebo firmy hodnot\u00edc\u00ed trh na z\u00e1klad\u011b ESG Reportu jako Bloomberg ESG Data Services atd.,\u201c <\/em>dopl\u0148uje <strong>Vanduch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ESG tedy ovliv\u0148uje nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00fdmy facility managementu, pokud jde o ekologickou stopu spole\u010dnosti v oblastech jako uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 stopa, environment\u00e1ln\u00ed udr\u017eitelnost, energetick\u00e1 diverzita i odpov\u011bdn\u00fdch investic. To v oblasti HVAC zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad popt\u00e1vku po preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b (technologie jako Panasonic Service Cloud, Health Check atd<em>.). <\/em>\u201e<em>Syst\u00e9my vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed budou brzy schopny automaticky optimalizovat provoz na z\u00e1klad\u011b preferenc\u00ed a chov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Syst\u00e9my se zkr\u00e1tka nau\u010d\u00ed myslet samy za sebe. D\u016fkazem tohoto trendu je mimo jin\u00e9 v\u00fdvoj r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f autonomn\u00ed diagnostiky, kter\u00e9 budou vyu\u017e\u00edvat um\u011blou inteligenci,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Radek Vanduch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dekarbonizace budov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fin\u00e1ln\u00edm c\u00edlem Evropsk\u00e9 unie je uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 neutralita v roce 2050. Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze sm\u011brnice o energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov. Ta se v\u0161ak net\u00fdk\u00e1 pouze novostaveb, ale v\u0161ech dom\u016f, tedy i t\u011bch d\u0159\u00edve postaven\u00fdch, kdy v\u00fdjimku mohou dostat n\u011bkter\u00e9 historick\u00e9 stavby. Nov\u00e1 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z toho, \u017ee na budovy p\u0159ipad\u00e1 40 % spot\u0159eby energie a maj\u00ed 36% pod\u00edl na spot\u0159eb\u011b emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 souvisej\u00ed s energiemi. \u010clensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty nyn\u00ed maj\u00ed dva roky na p\u0159\u00edpravu legislativn\u00edch zm\u011bn, je\u017e sm\u011brnici p\u0159evedou do z\u00e1kona. Ji\u017e od roku 2028 musej\u00ed b\u00fdt uhl\u00edkov\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed nov\u00e9 budovy vlastn\u011bn\u00e9, provozovan\u00e9 \u010di u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00fdmi org\u00e1ny a od roku 2030 bude platit to sam\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny novostavby.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V praxi to znamen\u00e1 \u00fakol sn\u00ed\u017eit pr\u016fm\u011brnou spot\u0159ebu prim\u00e1rn\u00ed energie cel\u00e9ho fondu reziden\u010dn\u00edch budov do roku 2030 o 16 % proti roku 2020 a do roku 2035 se po\u017eadavek zp\u0159\u00edsn\u00ed a pokles spot\u0159eby energi\u00ed bude muset dosahovat 20 a\u017e 22 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2020. A\u017e 55 % tohoto c\u00edle m\u00e1 zajistit \u00faprava t\u011bch nejm\u00e9n\u011b hospod\u00e1rn\u00fdch staveb, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed 43 % ve\u0161ker\u00fdch budov. U nebytov\u00fdch budov je c\u00edlem renovovat 16 % n\u00e1rodn\u00edho fondu s nejhor\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky do roku 2030 a 26 % do roku 2033.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U novostaveb sm\u011brnice c\u00edl\u00ed na cel\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus budovy, tedy i na stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a jejich recyklaci. Nebo mo\u017enost dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobilu. Pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 i vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed fosiln\u00edmi palivy, pro kter\u00fd bude naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd rok 2040. Do tohoto roku by m\u011bly \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty Evropsk\u00e9 unie zav\u00e9st legislativu, je\u017e z\u00e1sadn\u011b omez\u00ed instalace syst\u00e9m\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch fosiln\u00ed paliva. Po roce 2040 by se m\u011bly instalaci t\u011bchto syst\u00e9m\u016f st\u00e1ty EU vyvarovat \u00fapln\u011b. Preferovan\u00fdmi budou OZE \u2013 tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla, fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny nebo biomasa. \u201e<em>Je ov\u0161em d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tak\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f nebude nutn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed na fosiln\u00ed paliva instalovan\u00e1 p\u0159ed rokem 2040 k tomuto roku mandatorn\u011b vym\u011b\u0148ovat,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje Radek Vanduch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>F-plyny a regulovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00edlem nov\u011b p\u0159ijat\u00e9ho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edho se fluorovan\u00fdch sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f je \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1kaz uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed na trh n\u011bkolika kategori\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s obsahem F-plyn\u016f, kdy dobu a typ syst\u00e9mu ur\u010duj\u00ed jejich parametry provozu nebo v\u00fdkonu. V rozmez\u00ed let 2025\u20132035 se z\u00e1kaz t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek dotkne dom\u00e1c\u00edho chlazen\u00ed, chladi\u010d\u016f kapalin (chillery), monoblokov\u00fdch i d\u011blen\u00fdch klimatizac\u00ed a tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel. Jde o chladiva jako R410a, R407 nebo R134a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1hradu za v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 F-plyny s vysok\u00fdm GWP p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e1tky jako propan (R290), CO<sub>2<\/sub> (R744) \u010di amoniak 2.8(R717). A jak bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno, k&nbsp;v\u00fdrobc\u016fm, je\u017e s\u00e1zej\u00ed na syst\u00e9my s R290, pat\u0159\u00ed i Panasonic. Ta sv\u00e9 produktov\u00e9 portfolio pro Evropu vyr\u00e1b\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b ve sv\u00e9 tov\u00e1rn\u011b v&nbsp;Plzni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Plze\u0148 centrem v\u00fdroby v Evrop\u011b <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla Panasonic se v Plzni za\u010dala vyr\u00e1b\u011bt ji\u017e v roce 2018, ale produkce prob\u00edhala soub\u011b\u017en\u011b s v\u00fdrobou televiz\u00ed. Tu ov\u0161em spole\u010dnost Panasonic p\u0159esunula do jin\u00e9 lokality a na z\u00e1pad\u011b \u010cech se od roku 2022 soust\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b na v\u00fdrobu \u010derpadel. Do roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed kapacit na jejich v\u00fdrobu aktu\u00e1ln\u011b investuje 7,6 miliardy korun, aby mohla do roku 2030 v&nbsp;Plzni vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a\u017e milion jednotek ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<em>V\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity jsou vysok\u00e9, proto\u017ee po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me s&nbsp;vysokou popt\u00e1vkou,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje <strong>Petr Hork\u00fd, obchodn\u00ed \u0159editel Panasonic pro \u010cR<\/strong>, a pokra\u010duje: <em>\u201eV obdob\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch osmi a\u017e deseti let by se m\u011blo v \u010cR nainstalovat v\u00edce ne\u017e milion jednotek tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel v\u010detn\u011b \u010derpadel typu vzduch-vzduch. A kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na progn\u00f3zy evropsk\u00e9ho trhu, \u010d\u00edsla jsou je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. V obdob\u00ed 2030 a\u017e 2033 se m\u00e1 podle Evropsk\u00e9 asociace tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel pohybovat z\u00e1jem o tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla na evropsk\u00e9m trhu v \u0159\u00e1du \u0161esti milionu kus\u016f za rok, tak\u017ee potenci\u00e1l je skute\u010dn\u011b obrovsk\u00fd.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1vodu v&nbsp;Plzni je proto z&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f v&nbsp;pln\u00e9m proudu. <em>\u201eP\u016fjde o velmi modern\u00ed provoz s&nbsp;vysokou m\u00edrou automatizace, ve kter\u00e9m pl\u00e1nujeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u00edce ne\u017e 65 % subdod\u00e1vek z&nbsp;Evropy. Prim\u00e1rn\u011b pak z&nbsp;\u010cR z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu rychlej\u0161\u00ed a snaz\u0161\u00ed logistiky i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ekologick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee p\u0159epravy. Rovn\u011b\u017e m\u00e1me velk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny s&nbsp;propojov\u00e1n\u00edm na\u0161eho provozu s&nbsp;technick\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm v&nbsp;kraji.
