V\u011bdci u\u017e potvrdili jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnost prakticky v\u0161ude \u2013 ve vod\u011b, v&nbsp;potrav\u011b, ve vzduchu, v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble. A&nbsp;i kdy\u017e dopady fragmentovan\u00fdch plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dek na zdrav\u00ed lid\u00ed a&nbsp;ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f je\u0161t\u011b nejsou detailn\u011b vyhodnocen\u00e9, u\u017e nyn\u00ed je nam\u00edst\u011b ot\u00e1zka, jak je redukovat. Podle posledn\u00ed studie bychom mohli ovlivnit aspo\u0148 to, kolik jich vypijeme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jedna kreditka t\u00fddn\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikroplasty jsou drobn\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 \u00falomky, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed rozkladem plast\u016f. Jejich v\u00fdskyt u\u017e byl potvrzen doslova v\u0161ude \u2013 v&nbsp;oble\u010den\u00ed, ve vod\u011b, v&nbsp;potrav\u011b, ve vzduchu. Je proto logick\u00e9, \u017ee se r\u016fzn\u00fdmi cestami dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed i p\u0159\u00edmo do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.wwf.org.au\/image\/upload\/v1\/website-media\/resources\/pub-no-plastic-in-nature-assessing-plastic-ingestion-from-nature-to-people-jun19\">studie<\/a> Sv\u011btov\u00e9ho fondu na ochranu p\u0159\u00edrody (WWF) \u010dlov\u011bk za jedin\u00fd t\u00fdden sn\u00ed a&nbsp;vypije a\u017e dva tis\u00edce \u010d\u00e1stic plastu men\u0161\u00edch ne\u017e jeden milimetr. S celkovou hmotnost\u00ed 4\u20135 gram\u016f toto mno\u017estv\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b velikosti kreditn\u00ed karty. A&nbsp;i kdy\u017e podle dosavadn\u00edch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch poznatk\u016f nen\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee by lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo absorbovalo mikroplasty v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 150 mikrometr\u016f, \u0161ance, \u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo absorbuje men\u0161\u00ed mikroplastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice, by mohla b\u00fdt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Podle v\u011bdc\u016f je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v \u00favahu fakt, \u017ee a\u010d samotn\u00e9 mikroplasty nemusej\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0161kodliv\u00e9, mohou slou\u017eit jako nosi\u010de nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b plast\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eMikro\u201c nen\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/typeset.io\/questions\/what-are-the-most-common-sources-of-dietary-microplastics-neg2irex5y\">zdroje mikroplast\u016f <\/a>v&nbsp;potrav\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed s\u016fl, mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody a&nbsp;t\u00e9\u017e voda a n\u00e1poje balen\u00e9 v&nbsp;jednor\u00e1zov\u00fdch PET lahv\u00edch. Paradoxem p\u0159itom je, \u017ee balen\u00e1 voda je mnoh\u00fdmi laiky pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativu k tomu, co te\u010de z kohoutku. Balen\u00e1 voda byla i p\u0159edm\u011btem v\u00fdzkumu, jeho\u017e v\u00fdsledky publikovali jeho auto\u0159i za\u010d\u00e1tkem ledna 2024 v \u010dasopise Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci ze&nbsp;dvou americk\u00fdch univerzit, Kolumbia a&nbsp;Rutgers, pou\u017eili na zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed balen\u00e9 vody nov\u011b vyvinutou laserovou technologii, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee identifikovat i \u00falomky plast\u016f men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeden mikrometr. V&nbsp;litru balen\u00e9 vody t\u0159\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch zna\u010dek takto na\u0161li pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 240 000 plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dek, a dosp\u011bli tak k&nbsp;z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee jejich po\u010det v&nbsp;balen\u00e9 vod\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publichealth.columbia.edu\/news\/bottled-water-can-contain-hundreds-thousands-nanoplastics\">10 a\u017e 100n\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed<\/a>, ne\u017e se p\u016fvodn\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo. A\u017e 90 % t\u011bchto \u010d\u00e1stic klasifikovali jako nanoplasty. V\u011bdci z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159i\u0161li s&nbsp;p\u0159edpokladem, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm zdrojem nanoplast\u016f v&nbsp;balen\u00e9 vod\u011b jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 PET n\u00e1pojov\u00e9 lahve, ze&nbsp;kter\u00fdch se drobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dky plastu pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b \u201eod\u00edraj\u00ed\u201c do vody p\u0159i mechanick\u00e9m stla\u010den\u00ed lahve nebo opakovan\u00e9m \u0161roubov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00ed\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtrace kohoutkov\u00e9 vody m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 limity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b pitn\u00fd re\u017eim se ukazuje jako jeden z n\u00e1stroj\u016f, kter\u00fdmi je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjem mikroplast\u016f ovlivnit. Jednoduchou zm\u011bnou spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 vypijeme. <em>\u201eP\u0159\u00edstup ke kvalitn\u00ed pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b m\u00e1 96 % obyvatel \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, tak\u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd spot\u0159ebitel m\u00e1 dnes mo\u017enost rozhodnout se, zda si vodu koup\u00ed v&nbsp;jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 PET lahvi, nebo pou\u017eije kohoutkovou. Tuto mo\u017enost m\u00e1 i v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee preferuje sycenou vodu nebo ochucen\u00e9 bublinkov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. Nen\u00ed toti\u017e nic jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edho a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 lacin\u011bj\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e si bublinky p\u0159ipravit doma,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Michal Panis, mana\u017eer zna\u010dky SodaStream<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je celosv\u011btov\u00fdm l\u00eddrem ve v\u00fdrob\u011b dom\u00e1c\u00ed perliv\u00e9 vody s&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b kohoutkov\u00e9 vody. Michal Panis poukazuje i na dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd aspekt tohoto p\u0159\u00edstupu. <em>\u201ePokud si perliv\u00e9 n\u00e1poje p\u0159ipravujete doma, ro\u010dn\u011b u\u0161et\u0159\u00edte p\u0159\u00edrodu od&nbsp;odpadu z&nbsp;tis\u00edc\u016f plastov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed a plechovek.\u201c <\/em>To, \u017ee kohoutkov\u00e1 voda m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativou vody balen\u00e9, potvrdil i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avcr.cz\/cs\/o-nas\/aktuality\/Unikatni-vyzkum-potvrdil-ze-pitna-voda-obsahuje-mikroplasty\">v\u00fdzkum<\/a> Akademie v\u011bd \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, podle kter\u00e9ho dok\u00e1\u017eou \u00fapravny vody v z\u00e1vislosti na vodn\u00edm zdroji a pou\u017eit\u00e9 technologii z kohoutkov\u00e9 vody odstranit 70 a\u017e 83 % t\u011bchto mikroplastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. <em>\u201eKe sledov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti filtrace je zavedeno sledov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kalu vody po filtraci s velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm limitem. Dostate\u010dn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost filtrace zaji\u0161\u0165uje i minimalizaci pr\u016fniku plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic do pitn\u00e9 vody. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e1 filtrace vody odstran\u00ed jak mikroplasty, tak ostatn\u00ed nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>RNDr. Marcela Dvo\u0159\u00e1kov\u00e1, v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka komunikace skupiny Veolia \u010cR<\/strong>, a&nbsp;dod\u00e1v\u00e1:<em> \u201eV pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed mikroplasty margin\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st expozice \u010dlov\u011bka. Podle WHO (Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace) p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice v pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b men\u0161\u00ed riziko ne\u017e t\u0159eba bakterie nebo viry.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mikroplasty zat\u00edm nejsou jen ve&nbsp;\u0161koln\u00edch osnov\u00e1ch <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikroplasty sice v&nbsp;\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nejsou nezn\u00e1m\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, ale mimo odborn\u00e9 kruhy a v\u011bdeckou diskuzi o probl\u00e9mu zat\u00edm \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 debata neprob\u00edh\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161ina obyvatel o&nbsp;n\u011bm nic nev\u00ed nebo se o n\u011bj nezaj\u00edm\u00e1. Stejn\u011b tak se o v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch mikroplastech v\u011bt\u0161inou nedozv\u00eddaj\u00ed ani d\u011bti ve \u0161kole. O&nbsp;zm\u011bnu k&nbsp;lep\u0161\u00edmu se v&nbsp;tomto ohledu intenzivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/terezanet.cz\/cz\/badatele\">Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed centrum TEREZA<\/a>, kter\u00e9 se problematice mikroplast\u016f v\u011bnuje v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho programu Badatel\u00e9 ve v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159ech des\u00edtk\u00e1ch \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol. <em>\u201ePro u\u010ditele je to \u010dasto \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e9 a&nbsp;nezn\u00e1m\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, se kter\u00fdm nemaj\u00ed ve v\u00fduce zku\u0161enost. A to se sna\u017e\u00edme zm\u011bnit,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Jan Bla\u017eek ze vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho centra TEREZA a mana\u017eer programu Badatel\u00e9<\/strong>, kter\u00fd na obsahov\u00e9 i metodick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b \u00fazce spolupracuje s odbornou v\u011bdeckou obc\u00ed. Pro \u0161koly spole\u010dn\u011b navrhli speci\u00e1ln\u00ed filtra\u010dn\u00ed sety a&nbsp;vypracovali metodiku pro vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy. Dosavadn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky projektu jsou povzbudiv\u00e9. \u201e<em>\u0160koly se zapojuj\u00ed do projekt\u016f, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch d\u011bti zkoumaj\u00ed mikroplasty pomoc\u00ed mikroskop\u016f na vlastn\u00edch vzorc\u00edch vody. Potvrzuje se n\u00e1m, \u017ee pokud dok\u00e1\u017eeme tento zd\u00e1nliv\u011b neviditeln\u00fd probl\u00e9m zviditelnit, tedy n\u00e1zorn\u011b uk\u00e1zat \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, jak mikroplasty vypadaj\u00ed, roste jejich motivace se probl\u00e9mem zab\u00fdvat. A\u017e kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee tento probl\u00e9m je skute\u010dn\u011b re\u00e1ln\u00fd, mohou p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nad t\u00edm, jak se do jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zapojit.\u201c<\/em> V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mikroplast\u016f je podle jeho slov \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b zm\u011bna chov\u00e1n\u00ed: \u201e<em>Kdy\u017e budeme v&nbsp;pitn\u00e9m re\u017eimu preferovat kohoutkovou vodu p\u0159ed balenou, \u0161et\u0159\u00edme na\u0161e t\u011blo od mikroplast\u016f, \u0161et\u0159\u00edme pen\u00edze a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme m\u00e9n\u011b plastov\u00e9ho odpadu, z kter\u00e9ho by se p\u0159i rozkladu n\u00e1sledn\u011b uvol\u0148ovaly do&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrody dal\u0161\u00ed mikroplasty.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoenixcom.cz\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/TZ_SodaStream_Den-vody-2024_final.docx\" class=\"sc_button sc_button_style_regular theme_button sc_button_size_medium\">St\u00e1hnout tiskovou zpr\u00e1vu<\/a><\/span><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mikroplasty jsou t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 zat\u00edm rezonuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v&nbsp;kruz\u00edch odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti.
