Pr\u016fzkum s&nbsp;n\u00e1zvem <em>\u201eTrendy projektov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 2020\u201c<\/em> odhalil mezi tuzemsk\u00fdmi a zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi mana\u017eery z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edly. Mimo jin\u00e9 v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edstupu k odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, person\u00e1ln\u00ed politice, a hlavn\u011b k \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdmu na d\u00e1lku. To pozitivn\u011b \u010di neutr\u00e1ln\u011b hodnotilo 60 % zahrani\u010dn\u00edch projektov\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f oproti 30 % \u010cech\u016f. Nechu\u0165 tuzemsk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f ke konceptu home office ale nen\u00ed bez p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny \u2013 na vin\u011b je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed produktivita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e p\u0159es rok \u017eivoty i pr\u00e1ci n\u00e1s v\u0161ech ovliv\u0148uje pandemie COVID-19. Ta p\u0159inesla mnoh\u00e9 zm\u011bny i nov\u00e9 trendy, z&nbsp;nich\u017e nejviditeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byl bleskov\u00fd p\u0159echod \u0159ady zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na home office. Nov\u00e1 situace ov\u0161em p\u0159inesla i mno\u017estv\u00ed zm\u011bn v&nbsp;organizaci pr\u00e1ce. Jak vn\u00edmali zm\u011bny v roce 2020 lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nesou pr\u00e1v\u011b za tuto oblast odpov\u011bdnost, se v\u011bnoval pr\u016fzkum <em>\u201eTrendy projektov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 2020\u201c<\/em> realizovan\u00fd spole\u010dnost\u00ed Easy Software. Ta oslovila mana\u017eery z&nbsp;252 firem z \u0159ad sv\u00fdch klient\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se o tuzemsk\u00e9 mana\u017eery i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z N\u011bmecka, Francie, UK, It\u00e1lie, \u0160pan\u011blska a Ruska), z&nbsp;nich\u017e 47 % pracuje ve&nbsp;firm\u011b do 50 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, 23 % ve spole\u010dnostech o 50\u2013250 zam\u011bstnanc\u00edch, 13 % ve firm\u00e1ch o 250\u20131000 lidech a 17 % se pohybuje ve firm\u00e1ch s&nbsp;v\u00edce ne\u017e 1&nbsp;000 zam\u011bstnanci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u201elockdownov\u00e1\u201c v\u00fdzva? Home office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pro tyto projektov\u00e9 mana\u017eery byly nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi pracovn\u00edmi v\u00fdzvami v&nbsp;roce 2020 nap\u0159\u00edklad pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159echod na home office a online prost\u0159ed\u00ed (nap\u0159. plo\u0161n\u00e1 online komunikace, sd\u00edlen\u00ed zdroj\u016f, v\u00fdm\u011bna dokument\u016f, workflow), pokles osobn\u00edch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed podm\u00ednky, chaotick\u00e1 a rychle se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a s&nbsp;t\u00edm spojen\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lid\u00ed a term\u00edn\u016f projekt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eN\u00e1r\u016fst home office byl u \u010desk\u00fdch i zahrani\u010dn\u00edch projektov\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f loni v\u00fdrazn\u00fd. Bezm\u00e1la polovina dotazovan\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f z&nbsp;\u010cR i zahrani\u010d\u00ed zaznamenala minim\u00e1ln\u011b 50% n\u00e1r\u016fst pr\u00e1ce z&nbsp;domova oproti minul\u00e9mu roku. Z home office se tak stal obrovsk\u00fd fenom\u00e9n a jak se management s&nbsp;t\u00edmto fenom\u00e9nem vypo\u0159\u00e1dal, bylo v&nbsp;lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce naprosto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost firmy \u010di projektu,\u201c<\/em> shrnuje <strong>Filip Mor\u00e1vek, CEO spole\u010dnosti Easy Software<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdmu v \u010cR a zahrani\u010d\u00ed <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi \u010desk\u00fdmi a zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi mana\u017eery panuje v hodnocen\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f z&nbsp;domova. Jen t\u0159etina \u010desk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f vn\u00edm\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdm\u016f pozitivn\u011b \u010di neutr\u00e1ln\u011b, zat\u00edmco u zahrani\u010dn\u00edch mana\u017eer\u016f je to dvakr\u00e1t tolik \u2013 cca 60 %. Vylo\u017een\u011b pozitivn\u011b hodnot\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u00fdmu 9 % \u010desk\u00fdch projektov\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f oproti 22 % ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eA pak zde m\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b jeden mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd faktor p\u0159i posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed home office z&nbsp;pohledu projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017eera, a t\u00edm je produktivita pr\u00e1ce t\u00fdmu. P\u0159i vzd\u00e1len\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zaznamenalo pokles produktivity 40 % \u010desk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f a pouh\u00fdch 13 % jej\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst. Naopak v zahrani\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst produktivity t\u00fdmu na home office zaregistrovala a\u017e t\u0159etina osloven\u00fdch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v N\u011bmecku to bylo 31 % mana\u017eer\u016f. P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee tak obrovsk\u00fd rozd\u00edl n\u00e1s v&nbsp;Easy Software zasko\u010dil. Celkov\u011b si ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky ohledn\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed home office jsou hodn\u011b ovlivn\u011bny n\u00e1rodn\u00ed povahou a potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee my, \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i, jsme zkr\u00e1tka od p\u0159\u00edrody skepti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na\u0161i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed kolegov\u00e9,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Filip Mor\u00e1vek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rok 2020 \u2013 \u010ce\u0161i \u010dast\u011bji p\u0159ich\u00e1zeli o zak\u00e1zky a kr\u00e1tili pr\u00e9mie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuzemsk\u00e1 nespokojenost s&nbsp;home office m\u016f\u017ee ov\u0161em pramenit i z&nbsp;toho, \u017ee \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i p\u0159ich\u00e1zeli v roce 2020 ne\u010dekan\u011b o sv\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky. O projekt nep\u0159i\u0161lo jen 33 % \u010desk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f, zat\u00edmco v zahrani\u010d\u00ed to bylo 44 % mana\u017eer\u016f, tedy o t\u0159etinu v\u00edce. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v N\u011bmecku loni nep\u0159i\u0161la o zak\u00e1zku dokonce pln\u00e1 polovina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f, co\u017e je o 17 % lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledek ne\u017e v \u010cR. Dv\u011b t\u0159etiny zahrani\u010dn\u00edch mana\u017eer\u016f z\u00edskali vlivem lo\u0148sk\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed ne\u010dekan\u011b nov\u00e9 projekty, nej\u010dast\u011bji v objemu 10-25 % jejich projektov\u00e9ho portfolia. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na n\u011bmeck\u00e9m trhu z\u00edskalo nov\u00e9 projekty 64 % mana\u017eer\u016f a 36 % z\u00edskalo zak\u00e1zky v objemu 10\u201325 % sv\u00e9ho portfolia. V \u010cech\u00e1ch z\u00edskalo nov\u00e9 projekty jen 54 % mana\u017eer\u016f a jejich objem v r\u00e1mci portfolia byl nej\u010dast\u011bji do 10 %.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl lze pozorovat i v&nbsp;oblasti person\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reakc\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f bylo sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed odm\u011bn, zat\u00edmco zahrani\u010dn\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i nej\u010dast\u011bji nab\u00edrali nov\u00e9 lidi anebo je propou\u0161t\u011bli. Sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed odm\u011bn bylo v \u010desk\u00fdch projektov\u00fdch t\u00fdmech 3x \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v zahrani\u010dn\u00edch. Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdmy naopak v\u00edce nab\u00edraly nov\u00e9 lidi (3x \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i) anebo je propou\u0161t\u011bly (o 42 % \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i). Zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm poznatkem tak\u00e9 je, \u017ee zahrani\u010dn\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2x \u010dast\u011bji reagovali intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm sv\u00fdch lid\u00ed, ne\u017e mana\u017ee\u0159i \u010de\u0161t\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V zahrani\u010d\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed s\u00e1zka na inovace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dopad na vyu\u017eit\u00ed projektov\u00e9ho softwaru byl t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 srovnateln\u00fd. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina t\u00fdm\u016f nic nem\u011bnila a zhruba 40 % t\u00fdm\u016f za\u010dalo pou\u017e\u00edvat nov\u00fd software. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 v\u0161ak je, \u017ee zat\u00edmco \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i sp\u00ed\u0161e navy\u0161ovali celkov\u00fd po\u010det softwaru o dal\u0161\u00ed, zahrani\u010dn\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i \u010dast\u011bji nahrazovali star\u00fd software za nov\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eI kdy\u017e na prvn\u00ed pohled \u010de\u0161t\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i vn\u00edmaj\u00ed situaci negativn\u011bji ne\u017e jejich zahrani\u010dn\u00ed kolegov\u00e9, je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee museli urychlen\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bt procesy, kter\u00e9 jejich zahrani\u010dn\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 m\u011bli \u010dasto ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed \u010das nastaveny. Minul\u00fd rok tak uk\u00e1zal, jak\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv oddalov\u00e1n\u00ed implementace nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, postup\u016f a trend\u016f v&nbsp;projektov\u00e9m i HR \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed,\u201d <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Filip Mor\u00e1vek a pokra\u010duje: <em>\u201eI my jsme museli na tyto zm\u011bny a nov\u00e9 akutn\u00ed po\u017eadavky klient\u016f rychle reagovat.
